I was taken by surprise when I felt her kiss my cheek. Smiling warmly down at her, I said softly, “Well good. Because I never….EVER shut up.” Laughing just as softly, I let her link our arms together before making sure the car was locked with my free hand. “Shall we go, m’lady?” Not giving her time to answer, I started guiding her up to the entrance before opening the door and allowing her to go in first.
She giggled at the m’lady and followed you up to the door. Walking in quickly after you she looked around. As she expected it was a small personable place that looked like it was family owned.
